This service includes a whole range of services, including:

Supply of printed circuit boards, electronic components, solder paste stencils;

Automated assembly of SMT components (SMD assembly);

Installation of THT components (automated or manual) (DIP installation);

Two-stage inspection of mounted boards using the automatic optical inspection (AOI) system and visual evaluation;

Attaching components to printed circuit boards using glue;

Installation of housing elements, radiators, etc.;

Cleaning of printed circuit boards;

Conformal coating;

Programming ("firmware") of microcontrollers and memory chips;

Calibration;

Assembling the device into a box;

Functional testing of the board and/or device as a whole.

The request for this service must contain the following information:

Requirements for a printed circuit board: material, board thickness, copper thickness, type of solder.

RS-274X format GERBER files.

Requirements for board surface treatment – cleaning, coating, varnishing, etc.

Assembly drawing files, and additional specific requirements for mounting components on the board.

BOM files (Bill of material), or specification. If our offer should include the purchase of components, then their description should be as detailed as possible:

operating temperature range;

permissible deviations from the nominal value;

body type;

temperature coefficients;

maximum working voltage;

critical dimensions.

If the component does not have additional information, we will select it ourselves. All components selected by us will be presented to the customer for acceptance.

Any other information about the project that you consider necessary to inform us.

Our technological capabilities for automated assembly of SMT components:

- PCB sizes from 50mm x 50mm to 300mm x 370mm

- Board thickness from 0.4 mm to 4 mm

- The maximum number of types of SMT components - 120 (for 8mm tapes)

- The minimum number of empty positions at the beginning of the tape is 10

An order that does not meet the above parameters can be fully or partially executed on other equipment in semi-automatic or manual mode.

After receiving the request, our technical department will analyze this information and, if necessary, agree with you about the problem points. Next, the order will be transferred to the production department and the purchasing department. The calculations of the cost of work, materials, and components necessary to fulfill the order, formed by these departments, will be transferred to the commercial department, where a price offer will be prepared and sent to you together with the delivery time and our comments.

In this case, the customer must comply with the following requirements for components:

Components must be with high-quality tinning, without oxidation, without deformation of the terminals

Component packaging must contain a clear description that matches the specification

Be sure to specify components that are particularly sensitive to statics and soldering temperature

Specify the type of solder and solder paste (if necessary)

Delivery of SMT components by strips of tape is allowed only if each type of component is supplied by no more than one strip.

If the SMT components for automatic installation are not supplied in the manufacturer's packaging ("bulk") (this is not acceptable for microcircuits with flexible leads), then they will be installed manually, but this must be indicated at the stage of calculating the cost of work. The same applies to SMT components, which for technological reasons cannot be installed automatically

If the board is manufactured using lead-free technology, the components must also be designed for installation using this technology

Due to case defects, and improper packaging (for example, unequal orientation of polar components), machines reject some components. As a rule, this is most often due to missing leads, chipped edges in SMT elements, as well as elements that do not come out of the packaging tape. Therefore, the customer needs to provide a technological reserve:
