The KEMG-NA gas solenoid valve is a normally open pulse type safety valve with manual cocking to the initial position after actuation (closing). It is designed to shut off the gas flow in domestic gas networks in the event of an accident to prevent fires and explosions.
· In order to open the valve after it is closed and fix it in this position, manual intervention of the operator is required.
· A short-term pulse voltage is applied to the KEMG-NA valve only at the moment the valve is actuated.
· It is forbidden to use valves in networks where the gas pressure exceeds the maximum working pressure.
· The valve is mounted on a vertical or horizontal pipe, with the arrow in the direction of the gas flow. It is strictly forbidden to turn it with the coil to the ground to prevent condensate and dirt from flowing into the vertical stem, which will lead to jamming of the mechanism.
· It is recommended to install a filter on the gas pipeline in front of the valve.
The valves must be operated in conjunction with "Strazh" gas detectors (or others with similar characteristics) or other emergency alarm systems that provide a short-term voltage supply in the event of an emergency.
